OUTDOOR LIVING The large, fenced-in backyard leads to the lake and offers plenty of room for children and dogs to play. Enjoy a game of badminton, relax in one of two hammocks, or unwind in a variety of sunny and shaded spots throughout the yard. A spacious waterfront deck provides a natural gathering place, with outdoor seating, a grill and a private hot tub overlooking Lake Champlain. Head down to the seasonal private dock for swimming, fishing, relaxing and taking in the beautiful lake views. Bringing your boat? A tender is available for convenient access to your moored boat on the provided hazelett mooring. Please bring your own life jackets. After a day on the water, rinse off in the private outdoor shower, then gather around the outdoor cauldron for cooking, s’mores and time together under the Vermont sky. INSIDE THE HOME Screened windows bring in the Vermont breeze and frame beautiful views of the lake. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals for a group, while the spacious living and dining areas make it easy to gather together. Board games are provided for relaxed evenings at home. Traveling with little ones is easier here, too! The home includes a Pack ’n Play, high chair, baby gate for the stairs, and a rocking chair to help make your stay more comfortable. Bringing your furry companion? A large dog crate is also available for your convenience. The home has three full bathrooms, laundry facilities and a mini-split air conditioning unit upstairs. The downstairs sleeping area is equipped with ceiling fans and standing fans for added comfort.
