Enjoy the lake while staying in a comfortable, updated home with AC, broadband internet, and smart TVs. Swim off the dock or take the kayaks or rowboat out on the lake. Go fishing off the 48' dock or bring your boat and tie it to the boat mooring.

All rooms have AC , free Wireless Internet ,300+ mbps, and the main living space has split units for AC and heat. Dining table seats 6 people and comfortable living room with smart TV as well as a sitting area off the dining room. Kitchen is newer with regular sized appliances. Screened in porch with table for relaxing or eating outside.

One tandem kayak, 2 single kayaks and row boat are for your use. Private deck overlooking the water as well as 48' dock with ladder.

Primary guest or renter is over the age of 24. No Parties, this is a neighborhood, family homes, and folks just taking it easy for the Summer. One dog only, unless otherwise agreed upon. You must clean up after your pet as well. After 10pm , please keep noise down for the neighbors. This is required.
