Step down to the lake via the new stairs from the upper level or the spa bath downstairs - either way, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the secluded lot, spacious layout, and gorgeous waterfront views. Alburg Dunes State Park, located seven miles away, provides a place for recreational activities on land, while the surrounding bay and Lake Champlain provide endless opportunities for boating and water sports.
