House Rules: Minimum age to be the renter of record 24 years old. Outdoor quiet hours are 10PM to 8 am WOOD BURNING STOVE. Use of the indoor wood-burning stove on the Premises is prohibited. Rental agreement must be signed to use homeowner bikes and kayaks. Please be aware , lake levels and water quality are controlled by Mother Nature, not us, and may affect your use of the waterfront.

Rental agreement must be requested of Host and signed by renter prior to using provided bikes and kayaks. The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host and AIEP Properties LLC ("Owner") against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises and Lake including the use of bicycles and water equipment (kayaks, paddleboards, etc.) regardless of the nature of the accident both on and off-premises, injury or loss. The Guest expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guest and that Guest should purchase their own insurance for their guests if such coverage is desired.

I would love to come back and stay again at this place, I had a beautiful experience, the memories we made for my sisters wedding are the best . It is quiet and peaceful, my family got to enjoy it as much as possible, there is a trail near by for those who wants to go for a run. My communication with the host was incredible, we left some items behind and they call me on the same day to come back at get them.

We had the nicest girls trip here! It was a great deal with plenty of beds and space, everything was very clean and peaceful, we had everything we needed (we kept finding extra towels)/were able to cook quite a bit, and we had fun playing board games provided. We especially loved relaxing on the private beach and even went kayaking. Close by were several restaurants, gas stations for quick supplies, and farmers markets. I would be delighted to come back.

The kids loved the space, and property. We loved the view and it was very peaceful. House is well stocked, host is very responsive and helped us with anything we needed. Kids voted that we would stay again!
