Other Details to Note

House Rules: Minimum age to be the renter of record 24 years old. Outdoor quiet hours are 10PM to 8 am WOOD BURNING STOVE. Use of the indoor wood-burning stove on the Premises is prohibited. Rental agreement must be signed to use homeowner bikes and kayaks. Please be aware , lake levels and water quality are controlled by Mother Nature, not us, and may affect your use of the waterfront.

Rental agreement must be requested of Host and signed by renter prior to using provided bikes and kayaks. The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host and AIEP Properties LLC ("Owner") against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises and Lake including the use of bicycles and water equipment (kayaks, paddleboards, etc.) regardless of the nature of the accident both on and off-premises, injury or loss. The Guest expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guest and that Guest should purchase their own insurance for their guests if such coverage is desired.
