The living space is full of timeless character and features richly hued wood trim, patterned hardwood floors, and a wood-burning stove. Move into the great room to relax on the sectional sofa, play a board game at the table with family and friends!

Good to know

This three-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom home will sleep as many as six people. There are two queen bedrooms upstairs, as well as a third bedroom with a crib, a rocking chair, and bunk beds with queen on the bottom, single up top. The full bathroom upstairs has a clawfoot tub and a stall shower.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 24years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. We spent Christmas time here and were able to make it our home away from home. The house had everything for our whole family from Cosy reading corners, craft and games to formal dining and a very well stocked kitchen allowing us to do all the baking and cooking we needed for Christmas. We had our perfect family holiday here

The house was beautifully decorated, well maintained, and so comfortable for our family. I hosted a big dinner here and was pleasantly surprised at how the host thought of everything I might need. I brought a few kitchen items with me, but I didn't need them! The beds were comfortable, the bathroom upstairs was beautiful and spacious, the dining table fit us perfectly, and the back room was a wonderful place me and my family to hang out, watch tv, and play games. I plan on coming back to enjoy this rental again! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Four of us came to South Hero to run the Champlain Islands Marathon & Half Marathon. The house was 3/4 mile from the start, so it was an excellent location for our needs. We had a delicious dinner at Pan’s Pizza, a great breakfast from Wally’s, and a wonderful post-race rehydration visit to Two Heroes Brewery. The Farmhouse was great. It was clean, comfortable, and incredibly well appointed. We didn’t want for anything during our stay. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were immaculate, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Messages to the host were answered in a very timely manner, and always in a very polite and friendly manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, and would highly recommend it to anyone.

What a wonderful house! We (a couple and a 8-year old) stopped for two nichts while being on a road trip through New England and whished we could have stayed longer! The house is spacious, is well maintained had everything we could have asked for and was very clean upon our arrival. South Hero is a gratis place to explore the area, we loved Burlington and the state park on the way to the City. we World definetely highly recommend the house and would love to come back some time!
