The living space is full of timeless character and features richly hued wood trim, patterned hardwood floors, and a wood-burning stove. Move into the great room to relax on the sectional sofa, play a board game at the table with family and friends!

Good to know

This three-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom home will sleep as many as six people. There are two queen bedrooms upstairs, as well as a third bedroom with a crib, a rocking chair, and bunk beds with queen on the bottom, single up top. The full bathroom upstairs has a clawfoot tub and a stall shower.

Other Details to Note

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 24years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Please do not book this wonderful home - we want it to be available whenever we want it! This is the best Airbnb we have booked so far - so much character, welcoming spaces, comfortable rooms, spotlessly clean. We felt so welcome and right at home. There's a welcome binder that has lots of great tips (go to Sebs for maple/black raspberry twist creamies!). We did not access the late - we were there in May for our daughter's UVM graduation - but we want to come back in the summer. With owner/manager approval, we were able to invite a couple families back for a BBQ after the ceremonies and everyone was impressed - and it was so much better than battling the Burlington crowds for post-grad dinner reservations. Thank you doesn't even cover it! We made lasting memories in that beautiful home! (the only thing to be mindful of are the steep stairs going up to all the bedrooms - we were fine/did not bother us, but consider if you have young or old ones with you)

The space was perfect for a family getaway and thoughtfully created to be a home away from home. They had everything you could want to suit all ages. The location was ideal for walking to the lake or to nearby restaurants. We also really appreciated having a laundry to use and detergent readily available.

This place worked out nicely for us because it was situated not far from those we came to visit in South Hero. The home was well furnished and included all the amenities we needed. We always appreciate cleanliness and we were not disappointed. We visited in early spring when it was still chilly, but in the summer and fall the outdoor space will be great. We imagine this place would be wonderful for a family, as the hosts have provided games and activities for kids (and adults!)

Our stay on South Hero was excellent, from start to finish. The host (and rental company) was responsive and dedicated to maintaining a beautiful space to stay. We highly recommend.
