About

Vancie's Cottage is a great example of the way life used to be. Simple, uncomplicated, everything right there in front of you at face value. This cottage has been updated for your comfort, with a nice kitchen, comfortable dining room, bathroom with all new fixtures, including washer and dryer. An airy and original porch to sip a cold drink on, trying to come up with words to describe the amazing Adirondack sunsets. Clean, clear water on the main part of Lake Champlain, new aluminum dock too!

Good to know

Please be aware, there are times the weather and or lake conditions aren’t perfect. Please enjoy our VT , and whatever Mother Nature gives us! Also, Please be advised , there may be brief times when the dock is shared by family members accessing their boat from the nearby mooring.

Other Details to Note

Please be advised , Mother Nature is ultimately in control of the lake, there may be times when we can’t provide the dock becase of water level.

House Rules

Minimum age to be the renter of record 24 years old. Outdoor quiet hours are 10PM The property lines are within the white split rail fences. This means guests do not have access to the pagoda in front of the tennis court, or the tennis court itself. Please respect these parameters. Parking is directly behind the house. Not in the driveway please.
