My family And I loved this home. Had the perfect amount of space. We loved the big yard and fire pit, along with the outside grill and big patio table. Made outdoor dinners enjoyable. There was a craft cabinet for our kiddos. There is a large crib in the room with bunk beds and my seven year old (who is tall for her age fit in it for sleeping at night). We were able to crack the windows to get an amazing breeze. Can’t say enough about the house it was great for a summer getaway and my kids appreciated the 5 minute walk to Seb’s the local ice cream shop.

We were a group of 10 adults and had an incredible stay at this beautiful home. We were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-maintained everything was. It truly felt like a 5-star experience—comparable to the high-end vacation rentals offered through companies like Twiddy. The location was perfect—just steps from Lake Champlain—making it easy to enjoy the water. We especially appreciated the kayaks provided by the host; we used them and had an absolute blast out on the lake. Inside, the home was equally impressive. The kitchen quickly became our favorite gathering spot—well-equipped and perfect for group meals. The living room, with its cozy gas fireplace, was ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, answering all of my (many!) questions both before and during our stay, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We would 100% recommend this home to anyone visiting Vermont. It exceeded all our expectations.

Perfect lake cabin. Really clean. The screened in porch was an added bonus. Peaceful and breathtaking views of Lake Champlain. I would definitely stay here again for a quiet relaxing getaway.

We absolutely love this area of Vermont and have been many times. This was by far our best trip and a lot of that due to the house. Looks just like pictures, is big, pup friendly, and is just so comfortable. We felt at home completely and they had everything, including dog dishes, pads and pens, ziploc bags and as my brother said “40 of everything”. The property is amazing… perfect porches to hang out on, huge backyard with bird feeders and fire pit, and huge side yard that’s basically an apple orchard that we played wiffle ball in with their wiffle bat. Quiet dead end street about a half mile long, this house is about four or five houses from the main street and all the restaurants and such. Can walk to get creemees!! There’s also lake access at the bottom of the road and the view is gorgeous. Close to local farms and bakery stands are plentiful within 10 minutes. The islands are gorgeous and this house was perfect. Truly.

This was a great spot for a long weekend with my kids. We loved how many rooms there were and having both some lawn and beach available to hang out. Nothing tops the sunset from the huge deck! The place had tons of extras and the kitchen was very well stocked.

This rental checked all the boxes of a slightly rustic charm for a modernized lake cabin. The access to kayaks and a canoe made the trip so convenient. I would gladly pay the requested rate for another holiday on the lake.

Very lovely home on the lake. Reminded me of a friends growing up. Brought back so many memories. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The lake level was down but we still sit and enjoyed the view of the mountains and sun set. Beds were extremely comfortable.

This place was truly perfect! My small family enjoyed being right on the water and access to paddle craft and the dock. The place was incredibly clean and well organized - kitchen was especially well stocked! Loved this place!

We had a wonderful stay with our two kids. We brought an air mattress and had plenty of space for the four of us to sleep. The view was absolutely beautiful! Seb's was great for ice cream, Wally's Place for breakfast sandwiches, and McKee's for amazing wings (50 flavors)! All of these were right down the street. I would definitely recommend this great little spot!

Our family chose to stay here again for ourvacation for the second time because it’s a wonderful house right on lake Champlain. The host have always made it worth the while as well ! If it’s available, don’t second guess this one!!!
