Our family chose to stay here again for ourvacation for the second time because it’s a wonderful house right on lake Champlain. The host have always made it worth the while as well ! If it’s available, don’t second guess this one!!!

The house is lovely and has everything you need. There is a really nice patio area, big beautiful tree, yard area as well as a pretty private beach area. View is amazing. We loved it and would definitely come back. At one point we ran out of fuel for the grill and Charles had a new one for us in under a couple hours! Just to note for the review (doesn’t detract from the 5 stars bc it wasn’t a problem for me) but the beach access could be a bit difficult to navigate for some.

I have rented numerous properties on lake Champlain, and this location is the best of the best! Such a cute and spacious cottage well designed to fit the whole family. You couldn’t asked for a better spot to enjoy time by the lake. We can’t want to go back next year!

This was our second stay at the Fun House and we loved it. It is cozy, easy walk to lake Champlain, quiet and great yard. We spent most of the time playing in the yard, relaxing by the water and reading on the enclosed porch. The rooms are big and comfortable. We love the country kitchen which had all we needed. For us it was a wonderful place to take our grandchildren for a mini late summer vacation. We will be back!

We had plenty of room for six adults and our pup! Charming home with lots of areas to hang out together, whether it was on the front or back porch or the spacious living room or dining room. Walking distance to several eating establishments with various offerings (bagel shop, pub, ice cream, Thai food, and pizza!)

We enjoyed our stay here. We were up in the area to take our son to UVM and this was the perfect place for us to make it a mini-vacation. The house is very nice, very comfortable, with charm. You can walk to a few restaurants and the area and the neighborhood is quiet. The host was very responsive --- we had some immediate questions about the retro gas stove and were answered almost immediately. Loved the shower too…hotel quality! Not too far from Burlington for us and the area itself it just beautiful.

Had a great stay. Had a little issue with a bathroom and host was immediately responsive and took care of it. House was perfect for the 4 of us. Loved the porch right on the lake and the outdoor shower is great!! Everything we needed for our 4 night stay.

We had a great stay despite the heat wave! The hosts were very responsive and proactive. We would highly recommend if you are looking for peace and quiet on the lake.

This place is a true gem. Amazing beach front, excellently appointed kitchen and property. This is our second time here and we hope to return next summer. It’s truly a joy and makes our vacation easier, more relaxed, and relaxing. The fenced in yard is a major highlight.

The place was fantastic! You could not beat the sunsets over the lake while sitting right outside! If you are planning to swim wear water shoes as it is rocky and a bit challenging to get down to the water. Overall, an amazing stay. Could not be happier!!!
